A George III mahogany decanter box of Nelson interest, circa 1780, caddy top with gilt metal swing handle, escutcheon and twin coronet surmounted roundels containing gilt initials H and N, circular flush side handles, the hinged cover opening to a fitted interior containing six clear cut glass broad fluted case decanters each engraved with content labels, Brandy, Tent, Peppermint, Hollands, Rum and Shrub with corresponding initialled stoppers, the underside with old paper label - Royal United Service Institution, Whitehall purporting that the casket was presented to Lord Nelson by prince William Henry, Duke of Clarence, July 1787, Portsmouth, 17.5cm high,20.5cm wide, 14.5cm deep
